This website is operated by Mark Ketch, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information is collected and how it is used, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

When you use the contact form I receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, wedding date, venue and message. I use these only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered through a form-processing service and stored in my email account. Client galleries are hosted by a third-party gallery service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@markketchphotography.com.
